Key Responsibilities:
  • **Design and Detailing:** Lead the design and detailing of civil and structural works for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with American codes and standards.
  • **Project Schedule and Manhour Planning:** Efficiently handle project schedules and manhour planning, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • **Team Management:** Manage a team of engineers and designers, providing technical assistance and guidance as required.
  • **Quality and Safety:** Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with Wood's Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems.
  • **Change Control:** Identify scope and schedule changes in accordance with the Change Control Process.
  • **Communication:** Maintain good communication with the team and client, ensuring that all assigned work is carried out in compliance with the agreed schedule.
Requirements:
  • **Education:** Minimum degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
  • **Experience:** Minimum years' experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • **Preferred Qualifications:** Brownfield Iraq Project experience.
