**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at ALDAR. As a Senior Associate - Tax Expert, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Tax Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely tax compliance for our clients, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Transfer Pricing: Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Provide tax due diligence and advisory services for mergers and acquisitions.
- Cross-Border Tax Advisory: Offer expert advice on cross-border tax matters, including international tax planning and structuring.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Taxation or Accounting, with a professional qualification such as CTA, ADIT, or ATT.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border tax advisory.
- Skills: Well-versed in ERPOracle, TRCS & MS office applications, with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
