Senior Associate Capital Investments Financing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Capital Investments Financing to join our team at ALDAR. As a key member of our investment team, you will play a critical role in supporting business planning and investment analysis processes.
- Investment Analysis: Assist in conducting financial analysis and sensitivity analysis on investment proposals, and collaborate with business lines in reviewing investment proposals.
- Capital Allocation: Assist in analyzing project financing structures, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather data for financial models, and support in delivering financial analysis and drafting briefing materials.
Company Initiatives: Provide support in originating strategic initiatives, assist with investment appraisals, and execute live transactions and liaise with counterparties and advisors.
Qualification and Experience: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in a big 4 or blue-chip corporate environment, with a strong background in real estate or a related industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, presentational skills, and attention to detail, as well as good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Key Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships and teamwork, high level of professional and personal ethical standards.
