**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Counsel to join our team in Dubai or Riyadh. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in reviewing, drafting and negotiating legal contracts for our clients in the Middle East region.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of legal contracts, including confidentiality agreements, vendor and independent contractor agreements, third-party access agreements, and other types of agreements as required.
  • Directly negotiate or support the negotiation of agreements to ensure terms are acceptable to our clients.
  • Clearly and concisely communicate assessment of legal issues to internal clients and/or the ME Assistant General Counsel.
  • Coordinate the review and feedback process with other stakeholders.
  • Manage and utilize various systems and software tools used in the contracting process, such as automated contract review tools and contract management systems.

**About You:** To be successful in this role, you will have a Juris Doctor (JD) with 2+ years of experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts in a law firm or in-house setting. You will also be licensed to practice law in one of the ME countries and have strong legal drafting and negotiation skills.
