Key Responsibilities- Receive daily assignments, keys, and supplies from the supervisor, ensuring accurate logging of key usage.
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms, executing a variety of cleaning tasks.
- Maintain clear fire exits and stairways, ensuring safety and accessibility.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Collect litter from hallways and pathways to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust surfaces, and empty waste receptacles.
- Make beds and clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, ensuring all fixtures are polished.
- Restock bathroom and room supplies as needed to ensure guest comfort.
- Organize and tidy guest toiletries on vanity tops and perform spot cleaning of carpets when necessary.
- Keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas immaculate at all times.
- Remove Room Service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and hallways.
- Coordinate with valet services for the collection of guests' laundry and dry cleaning needs.
Education: A vocational training background in the Housekeeping Department of a hotel is preferred.
Language: Proficiency in English is advantageous.
