Record Management Officer

GHD is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of document control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management team by ensuring processes and procedures are implemented correctly.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of document flow.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of GHD's document and job management systems.
- Provide training and support to other team members on document control processes.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in document control.
- Strong digital literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and online document management systems.
- Knowledge of ISO and audit certifications.
