We are seeking a seasoned underwriting manager to join our team at The Emerald Group. As a senior underwriter for large corporate healthcare schemes, you will provide technical pricing support and guidance to customers and distributors under delegated authority.
Main tasks include:
- Pricing large corporate healthcare schemes and analyzing medical trends.
- Understanding private medical insurance benefits offered in the region and regulatory requirements.
- Communicating technical pricing impacts for benefit changes to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
To excel in this position, you will need a bachelor's degree in finance and at least 8 years of experience in a related field. Professional certifications such as AFPC (Pensions), APMI, IMC are highly valued. Additionally, you should have strong knowledge of healthcare pricing for large corporates in the region.
