About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring technical talent across various roles in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract qualified candidates for technical roles through job boards, LinkedIn, Naukri Gulf, Indeed, Gulf Talent, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and expectations.
  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical competencies and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and feedback to hiring managers.
  • Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technical skill requirements to attract the best talent.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of technical job roles, programming languages, software development methodologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficient in sourcing candidates using platforms such as Naukri Gulf, Indeed, Gulf Talent, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards.
