  • Shift Handover: Maintain accurate logbooks and ensure smooth handovers between shifts.
  • Key Management: Follow established procedures for handling keys securely.
  • Schedule Adherence: Respect agreed-upon schedules and deadlines with management.
  • Outlet Promotion: Stay informed about hotel outlet timings and promote internal activities.
  • Daily Briefings: Participate in daily briefings with the Concierge team to review tasks and activities.
  • Activity Highlights: Share daily highlights with supervisors, including guest opportunities.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to various roles within the Front Office Department as needed.
