We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Environmental Health Specialist. The successful applicant will contribute to maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene and sanitation within our properties.

About the Role

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations and HACCP standards by conducting regular audits and inspections. This involves overseeing sanitation procedures, pest control activities, and maintaining proper records of inspections, reports, and incident logs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and local health regulations is essential. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for this position. You must also have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
