Health Safety and Environmental Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join our team as a specialist in health, safety, and environmental compliance. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Safety Inspections: Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.
- Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments and ensure that all high-risk activities on-site have appropriate risk mitigation measures and safe work procedures in place.
- Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Compliance Monitoring: Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental standards.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Excellent Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions in a timely and effective manner.
