At HR Source Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to play a key role in our continuous improvement program. This individual will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and implementing Business Excellence initiatives as directed by the Managers of Quality, Process Improvement, and Business Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all Business Excellence Initiatives
- Promote and drive Process Improvement initiatives within business units and departments.
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems.
- Plan, initiate, and conduct internal audits and report on compliance, recommending improvement actions.
- Suggest, develop, implement, monitor, and maintain employee rewards schemes and corporate social responsibility programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree preferably in Industrial Engineering and at least 9 years' experience in a senior supervisory role, with 5 years in Quality or Business Excellence. Additionally, you must be qualified in Six Sigma, Lean, QFD, and Kaizen methodologies with Black Belt qualification.
You should also have experience in Business Excellence, Quality Management, and Customer Relationship Management, as well as internal auditor qualifications in Quality / Environment / Occupational Health & Safety management systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
