Key Responsibilities

The Dishwashing and Cleaning Team Member is responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. This includes operating dishwashing machines, sorting and cleaning dirty wares, and preparing and delivering clean wares to various outlets throughout the hotel.

  1. Operate Dishwashing/Glass washing Machines, Decarbonizes, Scrubbing Machine, Wet Vacuum, and other machines being utilized in Stewarding for Hygiene and cleaning purpose.
  2. Maintains the cleanliness of our dishwashing machines, sorting tables, table sinks, trash cans, and other equipment.
  3. Clean and maintain orderliness in assigned areas and work equipment.

Requirements
  1. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  2. Good knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures.
  3. Ability to communicate basic English.
  4. Physically strong.
