Your primary responsibilities will include participating in preparation, service, and cleaning activities, as well as estimating and ordering meat supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including store rooms, fridges, and deep freezers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with preparation, service, and cleaning activities in the Butcher Shop.
  • Estimate and order meat supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in grooming and state of uniform inspections.

Requirements:

  • High Vocational diploma in any discipline; degree from culinary school preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in cooking and presentation of food.
  • Able to communicate basic English.
  • HACCP awareness.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight time constraints.
