About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled communications professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality services to our clients. As a Senior Communications Executive, you will be responsible for supporting on client deliverables and providing exceptional service.

  • You will work closely with other members of the PR account team to execute projects as part of cross-functional teams that could include PR/Comms, strategists, data analysts, creatives, media, experience design, events, and technical deployment.

You will be required to work across a wide range of subject areas, stretching your comfort level in a supportive and dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering specific account results, working collaboratively with the team
  2. Supporting on client communications, meetings, events, workshops, and conferences
  3. Conducting thorough research on clients, competitors, and industry trends
  4. Communicating deadlines clearly and meeting them promptly, demonstrating initiative
  5. Coordinating meetings and taking accurate minutes as soon as possible
  6. Supporting the development of proposals and plans
  7. Maintaining well-organized documentation and storage systems
  8. Keeping the account team and client informed about competitive news and market trends
  9. Participating in brainstorming sessions and making key presentations to clients
  10. Building strong relationships with media and influencers, ensuring we meet KPIs
  11. Pitching media stories and content to secure coverage in relevant publications
  12. Managing WIPs and reports efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant PR experience, with a focus on B2C and B2B brands
  • Willingness to take on projects that span multiple disciplines and industries
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to tell compelling stories
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and present confidently
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Strong media relations and influencer relations across the MENA region
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to draw on them in challenging situations
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
