Job Description:

As a Business Process Specialist at ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, you will play a crucial role in enhancing support functions for frontline staff by timely and error-free processing of DSU Asset finance.

  • Key Accountabilities:
  • To meet the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined by management on asset file processing for CRM Approvals/RFO/Card center disbursements.
  • To ensure all applications entered into the system are error-free and comply with ADIB Policies & Procedures.
  • To identify and propose cases under ADIB Product, Policy & Procedures, due diligence, and bank's Dos & Don'ts policies.
  • To communicate with frontline staff if the proposal violates policy and resolve discrepancies.
  • To re-submit rejected cases to the relevant department, ensuring rejection reasons are fully covered.
  • Maintain defined Management Information Systems (MIS) as per business requirements.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests as per business needs.
  • Identify and close process gaps to improve efficiency, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to ADIB policy/procedure.
  • To attend assigned training for self-development.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required:

  • Broad knowledge of retail banking products & services.
  • Business communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
  • Computer skills, typing skills, management information skills, and ability for mature handling of stakeholder and internal customer relationships.
