Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Transformation Specialist to join our team at DAMAC Properties. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting business process mapping exercises and contributing to re-engineering projects across departments, functions, and group activities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, including policies, process maps, quality, and controls framework, KPIs, etc.
  • Evaluate existing processes and analyze implemented changes to drive adoption and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Contribute to transformation projects, including project management and staff training.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information shared and comply with company governance and control requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Belt certification preferred.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience working within a consulting house or large corporate organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly set expectations and execute.
