About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HRBP Manager to join our team, responsible for supporting our HR department in various functions, focusing on both strategic and operational HR activities. This role will involve working closely with business leaders to understand and address their HR needs while also managing day-to-day HR tasks such as performance management, compliance, organization change, employee engagement and training needs.
Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Generalist or in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
