About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Villa Host to join our team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. As a Villa Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures. You should be able to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Language Proficiency

Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in one or more foreign languages is a significant advantage. This will enable you to communicate with guests who may not speak English fluently and provide a more personalized experience.

Experience and Skills

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Butler/Villa Host is required, preferably in a similar quality hotel setting. You should possess strong organizational skills, be proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Behavioral Traits

A friendly and outgoing behavior is essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis. You should be able to build rapport with guests and colleagues, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.

Decision Making and Problem Solving

Strong decision-making abilities are required to handle guest requests, resolve issues, and make informed decisions that align with the company's policies and procedures.
