About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Villa Host to join our team at Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas. As a Villa Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of unforgettable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners
    • Communicate effectively with guests, responding to their needs and preferences
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler/Villa Host, preferably in a similar quality hotel
    • Proven ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy
    • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and solve problems
  • Personal Qualities
    • A friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional service
    • Proactive and resourceful, with a can-do attitude
