The BLUE OCEAN CORPORATION is a leading provider of corporate training solutions. We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our clients.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on our clients' training programs. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of corporate training sessions, from proposal development to post-training evaluation.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Preparing professional proposals in both Arabic and English for various clients.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with clients' Points of Contact (POCs) to confirm participant lists, training locations, and any gate pass requirements.
  • Scheduling and coordinating training sessions, ensuring trainer availability.
  • Following up with trainers for timely preparation and submission of training materials.
  • Creating and managing corporate training batches in the CRM, including participant enrollment.
  • Coordinating with printing services for training materials and certificates.
  • Assisting trainers with setup and presentation requirements during onsite training.
  • Monitoring attendance, collecting feedback, and encouraging Google reviews during training sessions.
  • Requesting and following up with clients for appreciation letters.
  • Collecting and compiling post-training feedback and generating reports.
  • Maintaining and updating the Corporate Training File with complete and accurate records.
  • Obtaining training approvals from the CEO through the Head of Operations.

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, clients, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling logistical arrangements.
