Position Overview

As a Product Owner at Talent Pal, your responsibilities include:

  • Articulating and disseminating the product vision and strategy for mobile onboarding experiences.
  • Ensuring that the onboarding process adheres to industry standards in mobile user experience design.
  • Collaborating with development teams to produce high-quality product increments.
  • Engaging in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Communicating requirements and priorities clearly to development teams.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure onboarding success.
  • Utilizing A/B testing and other methodologies to enhance the onboarding process.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritizing features and improvements based on user insights, business value, and market dynamics.
  • Creating, managing, and prioritizing the product backlog for mobile onboarding experiences.
  • Drafting clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the backlog aligns with current priorities and business goals.
  • Working closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive and engaging onboarding experiences.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in business or technology.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience in agile delivery and mobile application development, particularly in onboarding journeys and User Experience (UX) design.
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
