JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create detailed architectural plans and drawings utilizing advanced REVIT software.
  • Engage with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to facilitate effective project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in collaboration with team members.
  • Perform site assessments and inspections to verify adherence to design standards and construction practices.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulations within the architecture industry.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior architects and interns.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the field of architecture.
  • At least 5 years of experience focusing on residential projects with regional or international consultancy firms.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the UAE architectural landscape.
  • Expertise in REVIT modeling and the production of detailed design documentation.
