Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and educational requirements.
- Assess patient safety risks and implement strategies to mitigate harm, adhering to clinical risk policies and relevant legislation.
- Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes employee growth and development, supervising, mentoring, and coaching learners and nursing staff.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a valid BLS certificate.
- At least two years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in Medical and Surgical Wards or Inpatient departments.
- Basic Arabic language skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
