Your Role:

The Director Fabrication Governance role is a key position within our organization, requiring exceptional leadership and strategic thinking. As the successful candidate, you will work closely with senior functional leaders to set strategy and goals, implement initiatives that drive company-wide objectives, and direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive processes and procedures, ensuring consistency across all fabrication facilities.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to establish annual standards and KPIs for fabrication performance.
  • Review budgets and performance expectations, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate global fabrication facility capacity, workload, project allocation, and prospect prioritization.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE&S, Quality, and regulatory requirements.
