We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at AL MASAOOD LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations, including maintaining office systems, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Support SAP project document reviews and process testing by providing feedback to consultants, following up on remarks, and closing them accordingly.
- Prepare blueprints based on findings and coordinate with the SAP team.
- Train existing team members on SAP and new developments.
- Handle phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and address them as necessary.
- Maintain office systems, organize paperwork, documents, and computer-based information, and file employee files and screen documents.
- Liaise with staff in other departments and external contacts.
- Follow up on employee matters within the department or outside companies, such as tailoring companies, purchasing departments, and HR.
- Assist with payroll, including attendance checking and timely submission to HR.
- Order and maintain stationery and kitchen items for the Management Office, ensuring availability when required.
- Prepare LPRs as needed.
- Distribute incoming documents, organize outgoing documents, and send them to different locations accordingly.
- Store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information, and photocopy and print various documents on behalf of colleagues when necessary.
- Handle uniform issuance to staff.
- Take on additional responsibilities as required.
