Key Responsibilities

  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed safety, production, and quality goals.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality checks and maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.
  • Machinery Operations: Safely operate outdoor machinery, such as skid-steer loaders or front-end loaders, to meet defined standards and product specifications.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced, industrial environment that may be hot, cold, humid, and noisy, and may involve working around bark dust, oil, and grease. Perform tasks that require lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, pushing, and/or pulling for at least 12 hours per day.

Requirements

  • Experience: One year of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or construction environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Two or more years of technical degree or higher.
  • Mechanical Experience: Previous mechanical experience.
  • Forklift Experience: Prior experience operating a forklift.
