Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and quality of influencer campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Support daily communication with the operations team regarding campaign progress, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports and insights.
  • Continuously analyze and recommend improvements to enhance service quality and campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
Additional Information:
  • This position may require occasional travel to attend client meetings, events, and activations.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate client and campaign needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 5,000.00 - AED 10,000.00 per month

Experience: Influencer Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language: Arabic (Preferred)

License/Certification: UAE Driving License (Preferred)
