As a Recreation Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring that all health club area responsibilities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring the cleanliness of swimming pools (main & children's pool) and the entire health club area at all times and reporting any maintenance issues.
  2. Cleaning and maintaining the sun lounges, ensuring they are free of debris during operations.
  3. Sweeping and watering down the pool deck and arranging furniture in its correct place when setting up in the morning.
  4. Providing exceptional guest assistance on arrival to Bodylines.
  5. Assisting with the cleaning of all areas of the operation.
  6. Giving a comprehensive tour of the facility to potential new members, being fully conversant with prices and facility details.
  7. Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and ensuring the changing rooms are clear of litter and used towels.
  8. Responding promptly to guest complaints and escalating them to superiors if necessary.
