About the Position

Success Sparrow Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator Female to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources department, ensuring that all aspects of HR are handled efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify, select, and interview candidates with Hindi language proficiency.
  2. Provide administrative support for the new hire process, including screening, contract management, and data entry into HR systems.
  3. Ensure a smooth pre-boarding and onboarding experience for new employees, providing timely responses to their queries and relevant documentation.
  4. Coordinate meetings, employee engagement events, company social events, interviews, and other activities as required.
  5. Serve as a liaison between employees and the Public Relations Officer (PRO).
  6. Support the digital marketing team with data analysis.
  7. Make travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  8. Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for accurate and timely data.

Essential Qualifications

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  7. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an HR role or administrative support function and a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar position, with UAE experience being mandatory.
