Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction business.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with government regulatory agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement project management reports for senior management review.
  • Supervise a large team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Hire, train, and motivate employees to achieve high levels of performance.
  • Establish work plans and staffing schedules for each project.
  • Identify potential problems or issues early on and develop alternative solutions.
  • Manage difficult customer situations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar management position in the UAE. Ideally, you should have experience in design details, detailed engineering programs, civil, mechanical, and electrical construction work, and furniture design and installation.
