About the Role

Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) is a leading retail and residential portfolio owner and operator. As a Senior Executive – Marketing and Communications, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Dubai's position as a global leader in business, tourism, and leisure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and executing marketing strategies across branding, design, and creative domains for both commercial business units and internal DHAM departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive value in the short and long term.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing Branding & Services to deliver first-class marketing activities.
  • Manage marketing requests from various stakeholders while ensuring all collaterals meet corporate standards.
  • Budgeting and reporting: ensure all marketing projects commence with a robust written brief and approved budget.

Key Requirements:

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Advertising / Media
  • 2-4 years' work experience in marketing, advertising, events, product marketing, or brand management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Arabic preferred)
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Multitasking and highly organized, able to deliver projects to deadline
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
