In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the spa area, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Your primary objective will be to deliver outstanding results while working collaboratively as part of our spa team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the spa team to ensure efficient daily operations and maintain a clean and organized spa area.
  • Manage all 'back of house' duties, including laundry and linen management, to support the smooth operation of the spa.
  • Prepare the spa area for guests, offering a warm welcome and providing refreshments.
  • Ensure that spa operations adhere to SOP guidelines and regulations, prioritizing guest satisfaction and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Contribute to stock control and inventory management for spa products, consumables, and linens.
