Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily dispatch of couriers for deliveries, prioritizing orders based on urgency and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and proof of delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with couriers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Use analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize delivery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a dispatching or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with logistics software and databases.
