About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Fortes Education. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing administrative support to our staff and stakeholders.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Provide exceptional administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Nursery.
  2. Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant personnel or providing basic information.
  3. Assist visitors, including guiding them through the facility and answering their queries.
  4. Tour parents around the Nursery, highlighting its features and amenities.
  5. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  6. Maintain security protocols by controlling access and monitoring the logbook.
  7. Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  8. Prepare meetings, conferences, and conference calls with stakeholders.
  9. Maintain equipment, performing routine checks and scheduling repairs as needed.
  10. Perform other clerical receptionist duties.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in the Russian language.
