Job Summary:

Petrofac Emirates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects, teams, and operations to ensure successful delivery and growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and business development, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or business development, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in international markets, particularly in the UAE/GCC region.
  • Knowledge of onshore and offshore project site construction, including modularization.
  • Dispute resolution and claim management experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
