About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CS CRM Functional Consultant to join our team at StaffConnnect. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis and Consultation

Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and determine ERP needs.

IT Infrastructure Evaluation and Recommendations

Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and provide recommendations for system improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Customized ERP Solution Development

Develop and configure customized ERP solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Program Development and Scripting

Write programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities.

System Deployment and Integration

Deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

Diagnostic Testing and Issue Resolution

Run diagnostic tests and resolve issues to enhance system performance and ensure optimal functionality.

End-User Training and Support

Provide ERP end-user training and technical support to ensure a smooth transition and optimal usage.

Process Documentation and Progress Updates

Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates to ensure transparency and accountability.

Regulatory Compliance

Comply with industry regulations to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Staying Current with Industry Developments

Stay informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and effective.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in SAP CS CRM Functional Consulting
  • Strong business analysis and consultation skills
  • Excellent IT infrastructure evaluation and recommendation skills
  • Ability to develop and configure customized ERP solutions
  • Strong program development and scripting skills
  • Ability to deploy ERP solutions and ensure seamless system integration
  • Strong diagnostic testing and issue resolution skills
