Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team at ITHR 360° Consulting FZE. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP HCM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in SAP ECC/S4 Hana HR, with a strong focus on implementation and configuration.
  • SAP HR Certification is a must.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, including Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll modules.
  • Experience with localization for UAE, KSA, and Egypt in Payroll and Time Management modules.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients and provide effective solutions.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology and ability to configure Time and Payroll Rules and Schemes.
  • Ability to provide training and training materials to clients.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and configuration.
  • SAP HR Certification.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful SAP HCM implementations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of SAP Activate Methodology.
