Job Summary:

Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to support our Senior Commercial Manager in the post-contract administration of a major infrastructure project. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving bonds, warranties, and insurances, drafting contractual correspondence, and preparing and submitting applications for payment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve compliance of contractual documents, including bonds, warranties, and insurances.
  • Draft and send contractual correspondence to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit applications for payment under the consultancy agreement.
  • Supervise independent cost consultants and review their assessments before submission.
  • Review and determine contractual entitlements.
  • Chair meetings and record minutes.
  • Advise on value engineering and commercial best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in commercial and contracts discipline, with a minimum of 5 years at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience administering the FIDIC suite of contracts.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience working in both contractor and consultant organizations.
  • Experience working on major infrastructure projects.
  • Experience administering FIDIC form of contracts.
  • Experience in highways, tunnel, marine, and structure works.
