The Role

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Sales Principles and Customer Service Practices: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is required to excel in this role.
  2. Handling Inbound Calls and Emails: Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner is essential to provide strong customer satisfaction.
  3. Resolving Customer Inquiries and Requests: Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner is crucial to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery is necessary to meet business objectives.
  5. Customer Feedback Escalation: Escalating customer feedback as required ensures that customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Ideal Profile

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional who possesses excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Retail and Wines & Spirits industry.

  1. Industry Experience: Previous experience within the Retail and Wines & Spirits industry is highly desirable.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  3. Knowledge of Customer Service: A working knowledge of CUSTOMER SERVICE principles is necessary to provide exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Networking and Relationship Building: Strong networking and relationship building skills are required to maintain and develop strong relationships with customers.
  5. Team Player: The ability to work effectively within a team environment is crucial to meeting business objectives.
  6. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Russian/Mandarin language is highly desirable.
