We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Manager Associate to join our team at MAJID AL FUTTAIM. Key Responsibilities- Leasing Objectives: Assist the Director Leasing in establishing leasing objectives, outlining the amount of space to be leased, the time frame required to lease, and the target rental rate to be achieved.
- Layout Recommendations: Provide recommendations for changes in the layout to maximize leasing opportunities.
- Tenant Relationships: Manage ongoing beneficial relationships with current and potential tenants, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and arranging site visits for potential tenants.
- Feasibility Studies: Assist in collating information from other business units to provide inputs to feasibility studies, including estimated rental value and potential tenant mix.
- Leasing Agreements: Assist in the preparation of leasing agreements between the Company and tenants, ensuring completion of all documents and managing renewal agreements.
- Leasing Activity Reports: Prepare regular leasing activity reports and the status of each negotiation held with potential tenants.
- Lease Extension Negotiations: Work with the Director Leasing to liaise with Property Operations and put a strategy for lease extension negotiations, finding where retail gaps exist and what retailers will best complement those already in the Centre.
- New Tenant Prospecting: Prospect for new tenants and conduct negotiations with more than one tenant for each lettable space, making a recommendation on the preferred tenant to the Leasing Committee.
- Lease Agreement Preparation: Prepare lease agreements and all necessary documents to commercial and legal bind agreements with tenants in coordination with the HO Legal Department and Leasing staff.
- Lease Management Reports: Provide all necessary data/reports concerning lease management as and when requested.
