The Manager, Supply Chain Administration will be responsible for developing and overseeing the architecture of services to support the Supply Chain department, including business intelligence and analytics, contract management, supplier relationship management, and procurement systems.
This includes developing the framework for each of the programs used, ensuring that it is solid, meets the business requirements, and is S.M.A.R.T.
The role will develop a team whose skills and capabilities will ensure excellent performance in the development of the programs, as well as the execution, implementation, and maintenance.
You will develop KPIs for the teams in alignment with business objectives and build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the architecture of services to support the Supply Chain department
- Develop the framework for each of the programs used, ensuring it is solid and meets business requirements
- Develop a team whose skills and capabilities will ensure excellent performance
- Develop KPIs for the teams in alignment with business objectives
- Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ideally, we'd like you to have a relevant Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 4+ years' prior experience in successfully managing the supply chain administration functions in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge of administrative processes, exceptional communication skills, and excellent Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
You will have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing.
Prior experience working with suppliers and resources within the UAE market is preferred.
You will have experience in negotiation, analysis, a good understanding of terms and conditions, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
