Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that each customer receives a seamless experience. This includes greeting all customers, taking details, offering refreshments, and introducing them to the sales consultant or service advisor.

  • Greet all customers as they enter the showroom, take details, offer refreshment, and introduce them to the sales consultant or service advisor.
  • Document any complaints from customers and advise the Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager.

In addition, you will be responsible for coordinating with sales consultants regarding customer complaints, checking display cars for cleanliness and spec sheets, and providing administrative support to the sales support executives and receptionists.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Customer satisfaction ratings.

• Complaint resolution rates.

• Accuracy of record-keeping and documentation.
