  8. Experience with multi-office (MOPEX) execution\

  11. Experience in revamping (Brownfield) and grassroots (Greenfield) projects\

  12. Demonstrates a broad technical knowledge of detailed design engineering codes and standards\

  15. Able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders on a project\
