Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Flight Instructor to join our team. As an Aviation Training Specialist, you will be responsible for leading clients through their training and mentoring industry colleagues.

  • Synthetic Flight Instructors with high-performance aircraft experience
  • Skilled in mentoring and developing industry colleagues
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert Synthetic Flight instruction to clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of trainee progress
  • Tailor training sessions to meet the needs of diverse customer base
Requirements
  • EASA licence required
  • 1500 hours or more total multi-pilot time
  • Previous instructional experience ideal but not required
  • High level of English proficiency
  • A keen eye for detail in training delivery

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality training and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to create a welcoming and productive training environment for our business clients.
