About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Manager to join our team at ManpowerGroup Middle East. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our fleet, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Scheduling and Dispatch: Develop and implement a comprehensive scheduling system to optimize vehicle utilization and minimize downtime.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Ensure all vehicles are compliant with UAE regulations regarding registration, licensing, and road worthiness. Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to extend vehicle lifespan.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers for fuel, maintenance, repairs, and vehicle cleaning.
  • Fleet Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Team Management: Oversee the activities of dispatchers and ensure efficient allocation of service vehicles to customer requests.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of vehicle history, repairs, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including dispatchers, mechanics, and customer service representatives.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient fleet operations and driver safety.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate and report on incidents involving vehicles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in fleet operations management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of UAE regulations regarding fleet operations
