Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Sales Executive to join our team at Parsons Corporation UAE. As a Pricing and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing all pricing and sales-related activities, preparing and maintaining pricing and sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain all pricing and sales-related activities, including RFQs, sales inquiries, and contractual rates.
  • Manage all RFQs for Road, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Cross Trades, RO/RO, and Break Bulk.
  • Ability to maintain a daily, monthly, and weekly report on sales inquiries.
  • Obtain contractual rates from all co-loaders, shipping line agents, and overseas agents.
  • Set up KPIs with accordance to global standards, monitor, and provide continuous reports to ensure continual improvement.
  • Coordinate and send reports for monthly business reviews on a weekly basis.
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction in the operation and maintaining after-sales relationships.
  • Investigate the market and identify potential opportunities.
  • Respond to RFQs on time and quote clients accordingly.
  • Understand the information in the BID/Inquiries/RFQ and float it to an overseas team.
  • Obtain rates for various levels of shipment and explain to internal teams how to proceed.
  • Use volume measurements to identify co-loaders, shipping line, and airline.
  • Communicate with customers and inform them of shipment details.
  • Attend team/personal meetings with local airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents to build relationships.
  • Communicate with salespeople and inform them about market pricing and customer information.
  • Handle different types of cargo, including DG, GENERAL, OOG, REEFER, RORO, and PROJECTS.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain good relationships.
  • Nominate overseas agents based on shipment requirements.
  • Convert shipments with booking confirmation and coordination.

Requirements:

  • MBA or bachelor's degree with Supply Chain/Freight Diploma.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Freight industry.
  • Must have Freight Operations & Sales experience.
  • Must have Freight Operations experience.
  • Must have Customs & Clearance experience.
  • Must have exposure in GCC/Middle East.
