Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with title companies via email and phone to collect necessary information and resolve any issues.
  • Perform routine data entry and validation tasks to maintain accurate loan records.
  • Initiate third-party orders, including title, appraisal, hazard, flood certification, credit, and other related services.
  • Review and validate loan documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Handle routine customer inquiries, emails, and chat responses in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assign and distribute workloads to team members to ensure efficient processing and resolution of loan-related tasks.
  • Monitor work queues and intervene as necessary to prevent delays or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to expedite loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on title work.
  • Recent experience in Encompass is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience with commercial lending, FHA, VA, and consumer loans is highly desirable.
