Barista Supervisor

As a key member of our team, the Senior Barista will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and experience at AlMarsam. The following are some of the key responsibilities of this role:

1. Inventory Management: The Senior Barista will be responsible for updating the inventory on a weekly basis with the supervisor, ensuring that all stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
2. Customer Service: The Senior Barista will provide daily updates about the food and desserts to ensure that customers are informed and satisfied with their experience.
3. Cost Control: The Senior Barista will work to reduce costs of waste as much as possible, ensuring that AlMarsam's resources are used efficiently.
4. Menu Management: The Senior Barista will update menu items and prices whenever needed, informing the supervisor and ensuring that all menu items are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Bar Maintenance: The Senior Barista will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar side at all times, ensuring that the area is safe and welcoming for customers.
6. Training and Development: The Senior Barista will train junior baristas and other team members on how to take, make, and serve orders, ensuring that all team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
7. Market Analysis: The Senior Barista will analyze order trends and suggest upselling items that are not moving, ensuring that AlMarsam is competitive in the market.
8. Expiry Date Management: The Senior Barista will check the expiry of items every Thursday, ensuring that all stock is fresh and of high quality.
9. Customer Monitoring: The Senior Barista will monitor the floor and check if customers need anything to ensure their satisfaction, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
10. Shift Management: The Senior Barista will adhere to the timings and working shifts, coordinating with others if there are any changes.
11. Menu Innovation: The Senior Barista will come up with new menu items whenever there is a need, ensuring that AlMarsam's menu is innovative and exciting.
12. Financial Management: The Senior Barista will ensure that AlMarsam's prices are covering costs and are competitive in the market.
13. Bar Maintenance and Cleaning: The Senior Barista will use free time to find trends and thoroughly clean the bar side followed by the art side, ensuring that the area is safe and welcoming for customers.
14. Additional Tasks: The Senior Barista will adhere to any other related tasks assigned by the owner, supervisor, or management, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
15. Customer Satisfaction: The Senior Barista will keep a smile at all times, ensuring that customers are satisfied and happy with their experience at AlMarsam.
