Your key job description and responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and coordinating warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring accurate inventory records.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety regulations.
  • Oversight of the loading and unloading of shipments to ensure proper handling of materials.
  • Training and supervising warehouse staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Preparing reports on stock levels, damages, and warehouse performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
  • Collaboration with logistics, procurement, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
